Ever

If you watch The Bear on Hulu, Ever is the restaurant that season 3 is based on where Cousin goes to polish forks. The BF and I planned a trip to Chicago to see them dye the river green for St. Patty's and decided to add a reservation at Ever to the trip to celebrate our anniversary. The entire experience was incredible - they made sure to put our plates on the table at the same time and waited to bring courses if we need a restroom break - they gave us a tour of the kitchen at the end and our waiter told us his shoulder is famous because it's in The Bear - and as they walked us out as if we were guests in their home, they gave a little portfolio with copies of the food and wine menus, the timing slip they kept for us to know when to bring courses, and a cute little handwritten note wishing us a happy anniversary - it was simply amazing and well worth the cost.
